I am not sure if I am a pragmatist or a pessimist but, I think for every externally reported Chinese number, it should be multiplied by 20 and that is likely the more realistic number of cases in any Chinese jurisdiction.

Being that they built a 1000 bed hospital in 7 days...well, I think they have a far more serious problem than they are admitting.

I wouldn't want to be in that new hospital either.

And what is the point to the masks? They are not micron quality filtration. They are theatrics in my opinion. They will not really provide protection other than to keep your cough or sneeze vapor from going quite as far.

The new hospital likely will have quality problems and 'dead spaces' where bacteria and viruses will accumulate in air lines, oxygen lines, plumbing, and duct work. Also, where will they get properly trained staff? It does not appear to be sustainable.
