Here’s a thread related to this report that goes into more detail about the supposed whistleblowers.
It also looking at academics (including in U.K. Universities including Edinburgh & Bristol) that supported Russian propoganda as “useful idiots”, lacking specialist expertise.
One academic has left his rôle at Liverpool Universities.

I really think the other Universities need to look carefully at the other lecturers.

This sort of misinformation is incredibly dangerous and likely costs lives through fuelling inaction.

Bhalla ji is remarkably effective at finding such upsides. Recall the wealth effect of demonetisation on carpenters’ wages not long ago. 1/n
The problem with such fallacious reasoning is where do start analysing this problem from; a variation of Ex-Ante, post hoc fallacy.

So where do we start the analysis from? Ex Ante of course - or in other words from the beginning & not the middle.
I submit you start ex-Ante from the point market turned down which is September last year when the economy started to wobble & the Bhallas of the world said there was no visible problem with the economy at all.

The NSE 500 index at that point was 10,050. We start here.

4. If neither has an idea, I start, assuming an idea will come to me as I rant.

The @PMOIndia ,@moefcc ,@CPCB_OFFICIAL & other statutory bodies have begun work on a massive interconnected net of sensors that will measure & monitor wastewater being generated & treated at all large commercial & industrial units in #India. 2/n
This system is designed to ensure no large #industry or facility can release untreated #sewage & harm the #environment.
The readings from the sensors will be monitored live at 7 locations including the @PMOIndia .
