There are 2,000 caucus sites in Nevada. If 100 people answer phones, each would need to take calls from 20 precinct chairs. Why is that so hard? Would cost way less than tablets and a custom app and you could pay good wages for a few hours work.
You could pay 100 people $150 an hour to answer phones for 3 hours on caucus night and it would still be significantly cheaper than a custom app and 2,000 tablets
