Quick primer on intelligence to understand what Durham is looking at when probing the “Russia investigation”
HUMINT=Human Intelligence
SIGING=Signals Intelligence
HUMINT comes from informants/other humans sources and is by definition subjective
SIGINT is relatively objective /1
SIGINT is raw data such as documents, intercepts, calls, emails, photographs. So if authentic, SIGINT is relatively trustworthy.
HUMINT is tricky. One has to consider the motivation of the human source, their understanding of the situation etc.
HUMINT is basically hearsay. /2
That’s why HUMINT needs to be verified carefully. Standard requirement is at least two sources, who are long-term and reliable. Ideally corroborated by SIGINT.
Once Intelligence is collected, it goes to analysts (see my threads on Intelligence Cycle). /3

Durham is looking into Intelligence Community Assesement also known as Obama’s Dossier.
Some quick “Svetlana facts”.
-Brennan came to Obama with the dossier in August 2016 as Hillary was losing in polls.
-Brennan Dossier was based on “source close to Putin” which, as I /1
have previously shown, was most likely Halper lies laundered through Steele.
-Teflon man Obama wanted other intelligence agencies to get onboard with Brennan before he made a formal announcement. Other agencies refused.
-Brennan “shopped” the dossier going as far down the food
Chain as Shifty Schiff
-After the election, and a week before Trump inauguration, Obama and Brennan stitched up a deal where 3 agencies, not 17 as we are told, signed up to the fake Brennan-Obama dossier
-Out of the three agencies, the only one that deals with objective

Suppose that Article VI had a further Clause, Clause 4, that stated, “no racial identity shall ever be the basis for a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
Now, such a clause would prohibit the President from granting or withholding an office based on racial identity, and, in like vein, would prohibit the Senate from withholding consent to a nomination, or granting it, on the basis of racial identity.

1. Starts way back in July of 2015. Trump states that Wiener has seen the contents of the classified emails that go through the Clinton home server via emails because Clinton's top aide Huma Abedin is married to Wiener.
