I return to the subject - why is racial supremacy so important to people like Johnson? To borrow @terrychristian ‘s constant (& unanswered) question: what difference does being/not being superior make & what tangible benefits are there?

My answer is in two parts:
• guilt &
..

..
• ignorance.

Guilt because at some level the public school toffs & Oxbridge elite know there is nothing that special about them. Ignorance, because their bourgeois world does not afford a wide enough spectrum of knowledge nor a well grounded understanding of history ..

.. economics, sociology etc.

Johnson expects everyone to be impressed that he can recite Homer in ancient Greek. He thinks he already reached the pinnacle of knowledge & lesser things such as building bridges (literal ones) etc are for inferior people.

This is why he said ..

.. ‘fuck business’. That is a tedious corner of life for little people. So there will be disruption & waiting longer in queues. Big deal.

Mogg is exactly the same. He thinks he has a great mind because he can recite the names of battles we won, but when he actually ..

.. dabbles in writing history he makes a complete fool of himself. He knows more about the daily lives of international couriers or tower block dwellers than they do themselves.

Their tools for comprehending the world are inadequate but they are convinced of the opposite...

They are plodding, pedestrian bores with a ragbag of shallow & predictable ideas that impress only the weak-minded. So, armed with this warped & deformed kit of essentially 19th century English thinking about elite education coupled with an overweening artogance & self ..

.. assurance, they now have yet another moment in the sun.

Wholly unmerited and yet we voted for it.
