Now, if you go through my media appearances, I said that this system change disempowered teachers and dictated teaching decisions from Nairobi.

At one point, my argument that teachers should be allowed to be creative was refuted by saying that our teachers are incompetent.

This again, is from KICD. Once again, they are shifting the goal posts. #cbc

Many many times, even up to last week, #CBC supporters said that they were having fun doing learning activities with their kids. I said that parents'work is character development, not homework.

Now KICD has taken this position which it could have taken in 2018.

Finally, in 2018 I kept saying that KICD was bullying teachers and calling us names for asking questions. And I said that by doing this, they were communicating that there is no room for discussion.

So KICD basically opened the door for schools to do whatever they wanted. #cbc

I have put links to several #CBC discussions I participated in. I can say that the worst experience for me was on @citizentvkenya because KICD and its supporters basically laughed off the concerns about parents and inequality.
