2. The people must be well trained to the highest level of knowledge and skill. It is not a waste of money to have a doctor in a dispensary.
Now these are the things to understand about businesses for profit.

So a for profit hospital would rather pay for a sauna membership of its executives than pay doctors well.

So, can we not whine about doctors until we have understood who are the managers in the health sector, what they are paid, and where they seek treatment. I'm bored with blaming doctors when parasites announce in our faces that they are here to make money from our sickness.
Parasites make money from cutting corners with workers. In hospitals, their interest is not in you getting well (you need to come back), but in you not being in pain. And at the least amount of cost to the hospital. The doctors are not allowed to care because it eats into profit.
So please, just accept this: walking into a for-profit hospital is a possible death sentence.

And the same applies to kids in schools. Teachers are not allowed to care. It costs the school too much, and GoK doesn't like it because teachers who care are at great risk of putting the interests of children above interest of the state.

So parasite sector doesn't care, at all, about your health or your children. And the managers love it. They make money, and don't have to meet sick people or children and their parents and explain. Teachers and medics take the heat because they are your human point of contact.
That's why it's easier to blame medics than the managers. And the role of the media is to keep you from turning your attention to managers. The media will keep telling you to focus your blame on the workers.
So as you rant about the medics because they are easier to attack, just remember that the money for your pain is being spent on a golf course or in a massage parlor. After all, exploiting you and conning you into blaming others is such hard work. Managers need a break.
