Ann Coulter says the most ridiculous things she can think of, so liberals will complain about her, prompting conservatives to conclude she’s a hero and buy her idiotic books. Every time liberals make her name trend, they unwittingly put money in her pocket. Stop making her trend.
Do you really think her accidental endorsement of Warren tonight was an accident? Do you think she just keeps lucking her way into this kind of free publicity? She’s a professional troll. This was calculated. She excels at purposely making a fool of herself for profit.
There’s a reason Coulter buddies up to liberal hosts like Maher, and gets herself invited onto their shows. She makes a fool of herself the show on purpose, and the liberal host gets to be seen as defeating her. Then conservatives buy her books because liberals are mocking her.
You all think Coulter is a joke. Reputation wise, she is. But she’s a millionaire, despite having nothing to say that interests either side. Conservatives don’t even read her crappy books, they just buy them to spite the liberals who are mocking her. She’s the one laughing at us.
You think she’s the first to run this racket? Roger Stone’s entire career was based on this same scheme. Conservatives didn’t buy Stone’s barely intelligible books because they wanted a good read. They bought Stone’s books to spite the liberals who griped about Stone.
If y’all get so much enjoyment out of making fun of Coulter that you’re okay with the fact that you’re making her very rich in the process, then by all means go for it. What do I care? But be aware of why most of these pundits exist, and be aware of the role you’re playing in it.
