1. Companies should look at sick leave and infection control policies
2. Protocols for those with mild disease to be quarantined and treated at home
3. Develop telemedicine capabilities so patients are not inundating hospitals
4. Develop remote work capabilities
5. Encourage sick workers to stay home
6. Expand surveillance capacity
7. Expand laboratory capacity and capabilities with development of possible rapid diagnostics
8. Support public health agencies and contact tracing
9. Invest in R&D for therapeutics/vaccine
10. Education of the public on infection control practices (i.e. hand hygeine, cough into your elbow, bump elbows)
11. Work with healthcare systems to procure PPE, ventilators, gowns, gloves, and masks
12.Stay calm
