8...prevent them from holding hearings until the issue of using tax dollars for transparent political purposes is resolved. (We are now going to start using Trump tactics.) They will fight like hell, spending more of our tax dollars. We add a count to the original complaint....

9....that the use of tax dollars to fight a case of their illegal use of tax dollars is in fact an overt act of the ongoing civil conspiracy. Hearings are scheduled. The @GOP CANNOT argue for exigent circumstances because....they have let this lie for four years, and should....

10...they make that demand, we filed version 3 of the complaint, stating that their use of a claim of exigent circumstances is, in itself, another overt act of the civil conspiracy, because the only "exigent circumstances" is that the election is coming. Should a judge grant....

11....that there are exigent circumstances (yes, it would be a GOP judge) we make an immediate interlocutory appeal stating that the judges' decision is, in fact, going to guarantee that the harm alleged is going to take place.

15...not act in his capacity of working for the executive? Let the case drag on and on...either Trump will have to drop his case - thus setting lose the House to investigate his improper acts - or @JoeBiden and everyone he knows will not comply until Trump cases are finished...

16...@GOP & Russian asset @RonJohnsonWI have argued Trump did nothing wrong by fighting Congressional subpoenas, that going to court is not improper to halt oversight, etc. Let them go on Fox and scream "THAT ONLY APPLIES TO REPUB.LICANS!" and we can all laugh our asses off....

17...bottom line: Turn the arguments of @GOP & Russian asset @RonJohnsonWI against them, & @JoeBiden says no one can cooperate until Trump cases establish the law.

Then give @GOP the finger as court delays take this to November, just like Trump planned for himself.
