In February Nina Turner - Bernie Sanders' top surrogate - said post-debate that Democratic candidates "should not be using the black president as their prop to try to seduce the African American community."
Interesting since today, Bernie Sanders himself came out with his own Obama ad doing exactly this - using the "black president as a prop" for himself.
Does Sanders think it's ok for him to do this, but not other candidates, especially the candidate who actually had Obama's back for eight years?
