It's egregious that no journalist or cable news network has reported on asked Jane Sanders for a comment on this issue. Tony Pomerleau was a Republican who supported the Catholic Church and when Jane was making the land deal she let him review the college's financials.
It was only because of a final hour $500k bridge loan from Tony Pomerleau that Burlington College was given a multimillion dollar loan to buy land it's budget couldn't afford and ultimately bankrupted it. This is the worst kind of cronyism there is. Yet #Crickets from the press.
