Notable is Warren’s terse description of her conversation with Bernie about that behavior:

To be fair she also said she considers Bernie a longtime friend.
But the bad behavior of some of his more fervant supporters has clearly strained things.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it played a part in Warren’s decision not to endorse upon withdrawing, like other candidates did.

And just to be fair, this thread only pertains to the really bad actors who doxxed and harassed those who disagreed with Bernie.
The vast majority of Bernie supporters are clearly capable of loving and supporting their candidate (as they should!) without attacking others.
