Hey, so, because of the coronavirus, a lot of people are going to suddenly start living the "work from home" life....which sounds great, but can be VERY jarring, isolating, and depressive.

Here are some tips:
-Shower every day
-Put on real clothes every day
-Go outside at least once a day to get fresh air and see other humans
-Don't work from your bed
-Make a work space that is separate from your living/fun space
-Make a hard line between "chill at home" time and "work at home" time
There's probably more - but those are the biggest ones that spring to mind right now. I'm terrible at following my own advice, but I find that all of those things really help me feel like a real functioning adult when I actually do them.
This is getting some traction, so let me expand on some of these:
-"real clothes" means anything you didn't sleep in last night
-"separate work space" doesn't have to mean a whole different room. Just try to find a way to allow your brain to understand where relaxation happens
-"hard line between chill and work" doesn't have to be "I work 9-5 and rest all other times", just be aware of when work starts to bleed into all the other aspects of your home life.
For all of you who are perfect and amazing at working from home and love it - that's great! This advice is for people who aren't used to it and are different than you!
