There's footage of Biden saying things that are politically embarrassing in retrospect, there's footage of him saying things he should have thought through more, and there's some slight stuttering that wouldn't strike anyone as abnormal. Nothing like the mess we see today. (2/2)
Anyone who tells you he's always done that is lying. He has not. He used to be capable of stringing whole sentences together into entire paragraphs that form complete thoughts. Now he isn't. It is that simple.
Instead the Media Matters hacks are sharing an article which contains the explicit admission that Biden has NOT been given a cognitive functioning test. You know they looked for the footage. And you know they didn't find it. Yet they keep on with this.
