Wow - Trevor Philips suspended from the Labour Party for allegations of Islamophobia
I sometimes find Trevor Phillips' writing to be reactionary and although he has a previous track record on equality, it can only go so far. That said, I also often find what he says provocative and worth considering - suspending him seems a bad call
But... I also think that we are sometimes less sensitive to Islamophobia than other forms of prejudice. If it's going to be taken seriously, and the APPG definition, then some high profile decisions will be necessary. Not sure. Want to see what was submitted on him
