Due to Grenell's refusal, Bill Evanina, the acting head of National Counterintelligence and Security Center, will brief instead. Evanina is acting because Sen. Grassley has blocked his confirmation for years due to "#spygate" issues unrelated to Evanina. motherjones.com/politics/2019/…
