Satu protokol yang belum ada. Jika ada pekerja yang harus karantina 14 hari, ia tetap digaji, unpaid leave atau PHK ?
Kalau gw pekerja dan terancam kehilangan pekerjaan, maka akan tetap berangkat kerja daripada karantina..
Hal seperti ini harus jadi protokol, karena gak semua kantor punya sistem bagus yang bisa antisipasi kayak multinational. Secara keuangan juga belum tentu sanggup. Insentif harusnya bisa masuk di sini.
Mungkin yang harus dipastikan bahwa pekerja yang positif korona atau ODP dan PDP bisa dapat kepastian pekerjaan mereka aman..
Berdasarkan UU No 13 tahun 2013 tentang Ketenagakerjaan pasal 93 ayat 3. Sampai 4 bulan pertama tetap digaji 100%. Pertanyaannya ODP dan PDP adalah sakit atau nggak? Kalau sakit, maka unpaid leave tidak diperkenankan UU.. gitu kira-kira..
