I am contrasting the serious tone of this press conference from what we have seen from some other governments folks.

Everyone either knows it, thinks it, believes it, or got the memo.
announcing the delays for unemployment payments to eligible workers will be expedited. Waiving a number of reporting rules for the quarter.
Buy back of unopened liquor from bars/restaurants is a very interesting idea to get money back into their hands.
