NEWS: @CDCgov has provided $604,822,380 so far in March to state and local jurisdictions in support of the nation's response to the #coronavirus disease 2019 (#COVID19) [THREAD 1/ ]
The $600+ million from @CDCgov is part of the $8.3 billion in funding from the #Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act 2020, signed by @POTUS on March 6. [2/ ]
Funding will be dispersed among all 50 states, as well as 15 U.S. territories and cities. [3/ ]
This funding can be used by states, localities, territories, and tribes to:
