To guard against excess, unapproved or arbitrary charges by banks and other financial institutions, the Guide to Bank Charges stipulates a penalty of N2,000,000 per infraction
or as may be determined by the #CBN from time to time for financial institutions that breach any provision of the guide.
The guide also emphasizes that failure by any bank to comply with CBN’s directive in respect of any infraction shall attract a further penalty of N2,000,000 daily

#CBN has issued a revised Guide to Charges by Banks, Other Financial and Non-Bank Financial institutions in response to the evolution in the financial industry over the last few years.
#CBN new guide includes, amongst others; downward review of charges for electronic banking transactions.

Lots of talk about the expected surge in ICU and hosp beds with #COVID. I’ve been hearing about reducing elective case burden (great thread from @ajaykirtane about that). We should also be rethinking our hospital approach to conditions that will continue in the covid era 1/n
Most obvious is with #STEMI care. If your hospital doesn’t have an ED bypass protocol for stemis - probably a good time to develop one. Ours at @VHC_Hospital has 1 min pitstop in ed w ems txp to cath lab - less pt exposure time to ED and less burden on ED resources 2/n
Also with #STEMI care - No icu for stable pts w normal EF should be standard. For most of these pts ICU is not necc and creates unneeded exposure for pt and occupies much needed ICU beds. (I think @agtruesdell had a great thread on this a while back) 3/n

I saw some asking why the Post would publish a downbeat story on the day of the World Series. That wasn't the story. It was an effort to show there was, despite what some might say, a kind of neighborhood, with real humanity, before the Nats arrived. 2/

पहले समझ लेते है कहूटा क्या है,कहूटा पाक में एक जगह का नाम हैं जो रावलपिंडी के अंदर आता है जिसके नाम पे ये ऑपरेशन का नाम पड़ा ।
इस ऑपरेशन का मूल ध्येय था पाकिस्तान को न्यूक्लियर बम बनाने से रोकना ,ये ऑपरेशन भारत की सुरक्षा एजेंसी RAW लीड कर रही थी ।
अगर ये ऑपरेशन सफल हो जाता तो पाकिस्तान आज हमसे बहुत दब के रहता ।

कहूटा शहर में पाक ने एक रिसर्च लेबोरेटरी की स्थापना करी जिसमे उन्होंने 1972 से 1983 तक एक गुप्त ऑपरेशन चलाया जिसका मूल ध्येय था परमाणु बम बनाना ।
