Big: The 2nd Circ revives a case filed by the Federal Defenders over the BOP's suspension of attorney visits at MDC in 2019.

MDC, a federal prison in Brooklyn, suffered an institutional breakdown after a fire caused a blackout in January 2019, leading to a lockdown resulting in harrowing court hearings.
