99% of deaths in Europe were over 50 years old w/ 3 or more pre-existing conditions.

Facebook has donated 700,000 N95 masks to healthcare workers.

Why does FB have more N95s than some hospitals seem to have had on hand???

Dr.Brix makes a good point that each state will have its own curve since the seeds (virus) came to diff states at diff times.

Hopefully the media act like adults & don't try to misconstrue that data to fear monger.

Governors are in charge of their states, people.

Another reporter (who I don't recall seeing in these pressers before) is questioning the $2 trillion stimulus package.

If it were Hussein I'd be worried. @realDonaldTrump is probably the only @POTUS who understands the value of taxpayer dollars, so I'm not going to question.

or worry about his decision on that.

With the language he's using I'm pretty confident he has something up his sleeve to supercharge the economy when this is over.

Dr.Brix says the people telling us that 70% of the population are going to get infected are using numbers through 3 phases UNTIL 2022!!

And says that we'll likely have vaccine / treatment by then so even those numbers are wrong.

So far today is better than most - I think that may finally get how many Americans hate them & their dishonest gotcha questions & reporting.

Mortality in Wuhan was 3%, outside of Wuhan was 0.7-0.8%, but Dr. Brix is saying sometimes those numbers are hard to use.

Avg age of mortality in Italy is +80 years old

@POTUS driving home the point that a lot of ppl saying that a lot may have it very mildly and aren't even going to Dr - only those very sick going to Dr, so mortality rate can be very skewed

@POTUS made the point earlier that not opening the economy back up could cause far greater problems than the WuFlu ever would.

Asshole reporter trying to misconstrue his message and is asking if he means we're going into a depression over & over.

the point he keeps making that we have tremendous pent- up demand and that we'll have a V-shaped recovery and things will be great.

This reporter is deaf, stupid or dishonest.

Something very interesting that I just noticed.

The US flag behind @POTUS today is no longer the gold-fringed admiralty flag. Not sure why (maybe it was a mistake originally & they know ppl got worried)

These reporters who keep asking questions and trying to pretend @realDonaldTrump doesn't listen to the Drs & advisors really need a Trump 101 class.

That's how he's always done it - get the smartest people in the same room to debate an issue.

He's been asked soooooo many times "would you be willing to work with X (Democrat)" over the past week, and his answer is always yes, that the next reporter to ask it should be kicked off of planet earth.

They're wasting our oxygen.

Long story short:
@POTUS still in great spirits
-nunbers nowhere as catastrophic as media wanted them to be

-public/private partnership going great

-President Trump and governor's are working together great

-most if the worst reporters are MIA (esp fugly from PBS)

-Still..

One jagoff from WaPo being a jagoff because, well, WaPo

-seems like, overall the MSM realized the terrible optics it was to put their children in grown up clothes badgering the President at a time like this

-President Trump is certain economy will be open soon and doing well
