As of today, the Hypnosis Mic ARB mobile game is live and available for download in the App Store and google play. Please note, you may need a Japanese account to download it. We will have a brief transaltion of the tutorial to help you get started with the game.
The top is your player name, I.e. the name that will be visible to other players with a 16 character limit. The second box is what your character’s name will be with a limit of 5 characters. You can change these later on. Last is your birthday & it can’t be changed later 
The tutorial will make you click on “Killer scratch!!” which is the rhythm game. It demos how to choose a support character (this will later show your friends and other players) and then auto populate a team to use for the song. Hit go to begin.
A variety of notes will descend - tap them once they line up with the outer circle. Red notes should be tapped, two red notes with a bar connecting them are for simultaneous tap, blue notes should be flicked, yellow is hold, and green is to hold while moving in whatever direction
-the green trail leads you. Aim for a high score by getting a combo or powering up your cards. Once you’ve maxed the level of your card, you can evolve your card. Evolving your card changes the art on your card.
Pay attention to the card strengthening items you use as using items that correspond to your card will give that card more experience. These items can be obtained by playing killer scratch, the trading item menu or from events (which haven’t started yet)
Next is G-collect where you can gacha for the cards. The tutorial lets you do a 10 pull for free. (Normally, you will be required to use 2500 gems). Now you will have more cards to use to play the rhythm game.
Now onto the story. Please note that the story of ARB is original to the game and not part of the mainline Hypnosis Mic canon. It is also, as you might imagine, a work of fiction with no relation to real persons or events.
The story opens where you, a trainee DJ, are assisting legendary DJ Rokuro. Aside from the intro it follows the preview:

From March 26th through the 31st there is a series of additional login bonuses to celebrate the release and a series of Start Dash login bonuses will run from March 26th through April 7th
A Start Dash Set will be available in the Shop from March 26th through April 30th at a cost of 2,500 PAID gems. It includes a selection ticket giving you your choice of one SSR and a 10 pull ticket for G-Collect. Limit one per player.
A special G-Collect is running from the 26th through the 31st. You are guaranteed one card of SR or greater rarity in each 10 pull and the four Division leaders' SSRs are on rate up:
It's a little confusing but there appears to be a difference between single pull tickets and ten pull tickets. Those ten tickets are for single pulls. Select the single pull option and the grey option on the left is to use tickets while the pink is gems
Known Issues (as of March 26, 11:00 JST)

- If your device does not have sufficient free space to accommodate additional data downloaded in game, you will not be able to proceed past the loading screen. Close the app, free up some space, and continue playing.
- The game may abruptly crash if you tap excessively while the opening cut-scene is playing.
- To transfer data between devices/accounts, click Menu and then 引き継ぎ (data transfer). Do not touch the title screen while data is transferring or you may cause an error. Restart the game if such an error occurs.
- In the G-Collect section there is a bug in which the card description may not match the actual card. Please return to "My Room" and return to the G-Collect screen to remedy this
- Your filters in the "My Men" section may reset when navigating to different sections of the game

- Achievement notifications may not always display after clearing missions. Missions are still functioning properly otherwise and gifts will appear in your inbox regardless.
- After evolving your card, if you tap to see the full image you will first see the image of the pre-evolved card art. If you swipe the screen, you will then see the updated art.

The ARB Pass is available for purchase for 980 JPY from the Gem Shop under the Shop tab. It's valid for 30 days and you get 490 gems on the first day and 100 each day subsequent for a maximum of 25 days and possible total of 2,990 gems.
Notes:
- If you did not acquire all 25 days worth of Gems during the pass's 30 day validity period, you will NOT be able to collect the remaining gems
- You may repurchase the ARB pass once you have acquired all 25 days worth of Gems or after pass expires

To use your selection ticket, go to My Room, select Menu, 所得アイテム (Obtained Items) and find the Ticket tab. The select ticket icon looks like this. The card will appear in your gift box after you make your selection.
To use your ten pull ticket, go to My Room, then G-Collect and select Gem G-Collect. Select the 10連 option and use the gray button on the left (チケットを使用)
The last two shop options, Black Hustler and the event item exchange which don't appear to be fully functional yet (the event item exchange for obvious reasons––no events have happened yet!). We'll give more details when the game provides them.
In the Present Box you can collect items you've obtained from login bonuses, in game challenges, etc. You can store up to 100 gifts so make sure to accept them. You can collect everything in your box at once by clicking 一括受取り in the upper right hand corner
The 受取履歴 will show you a record of items you've received in the past
Below the Present Box on the My Room screen are Missions. Clear daily, weekly, standard and event tasks to earn various rewards (eg. Playing Killer Scratch five times daily will earn you 5 gems)

フレンド is friends. If you know people who are also playing this game, you can befriend them by providing your user ID to other players.

Next is Deck Structure where you can construct a deck of your cards for use in Killer Scratch. You must have five cards in your main deck to play. Select the deck position and pick the card you want to fill it. Please note that duplicate cards cannot be used in the same deck.
If you're unsure you can click おすすめ構成 to auto compile a strong deck for you using the cards you own.

You can rename decks by clicking on the pencil icon in the upper left. Some cards have a leader skill that will affect play or the other cards in the deck if placed in the leader (center) position. Details of the skill will appear in the box below the deck.
Cards can be evolved once they have reached the required level and you have acquired the requisite items
A card's level can be boosted using EXP stickers (in addition to accruing EXP through playing Killer Scratch)
Auto Skills trigger during Killer Scratch. All skills within your deck will activate during play and you can boost these skills with the requisite items.
Enhancing the Leader Skill will have an effect on your entire deck's parameters and activate leader skills of supporting characters. Leader skills can be boosted by using duplicate cards as material or the requisite item. Note: only SR and higher rarity cards have Leader Skills
If you wish to bid farewell to any of your cards, you can trade them in for gold or silver "biscuits". Please note that any card you bid farewell to will not return. You can trade the biscuits to get items in the Black Hustler item shop.
On the G-Collect screen you can use Gems or DJ Points to make gacha pulls. The DJ Points are equivalent to other game's friend points and similar and are earned through gameplay and can't be bought. The pool features SD cards, lower rarity cards and items
The Gem's G-Collect currently has two banners, the regular ARB one and the release celebration one. The option on the lower left will show you the cards in the pool and the rates for each card. You can pull one or ten at once.
The release celebration pool ensures an SR rarity or higher card in each ten pull and higher rates for the Division leader SSRs.
Please note that if you suddenly lose connection or your game crashes in the middle of a pull, you should still obtain your cards.

In the story section there are three options Event Stories (none available at the moment), Main Story, and Card Stories (locked). In the Main Story menu you can read each Division's story and earn rewards.
To continue progressing through each story you will have to fulfill certain criteria (so far it appears to be beating a certain grade on a specific song and part). You can read all the Division's stories, picking one will not lock you out of others, and so on.
