The preview for the drama track on the upcoming Fling Posse - Before the 2nd DRB, "The Loneliness, Tears, and Hope of a Puppet", is up on Youtube! Summary to follow. Please mute #hypspoiler if you're concerned about spoilers!
The track opens with Dice dropping in on Ramuda's office to discover that Gentaro is already there. Ramuda had abruptly summoned them both, and he happily bounces out to greet them. #hypspoiler
Gentaro asks why they were asked there, but Ramuda first offers them drinks and snacks, which Dice is all too happy to devour––he hasn't eaten in three days after all! #hypspoiler
Gentaro scolds him that filling up on snacks is bad for his health, but Dice doesn't care as long as it'll fill his belly. Ramuda teases that Gentaro's acting like he's Dice's mom, which prompts Gentaro to put on a voice to do an impression of a troubled mother. #hypspoiler
Mother Gentaro wraps his arms around Dice as he begs his son's good friend Ramuda to reason with him since he won't listen to a word his dear mother says! Dice snaps at him to get off him. And Gentaro giggles, claiming Dice is just at that age now. #hypspoiler
Dice pauses for a moment and comments that his mom doesn't act like that. Gentaro is intrigued, but Dice tries to change the subject. Gentaro drops the act and decides to leave it at that, but Ramuda can't help asking Dice what his mom's like. #hypspoiler
Dice takes a drag on his cigarette and thinks for a moment before answering, making Ramuda wonder if they didn't get along very well. Dice half-heartedly agrees that Ramuda isn't exactly wrong. Just as Ramuda's about to continue, Gentaro gives him a gentle smack. #hypspoiler
Ramuda starts crying dramatically and Gentaro quickly changes the subject––he's been hiding something from him this whole time. It's related to Dice, and not even he knows about it. This piques Ramuda's curiosity. Gentaro continues, the shocking truth is... #hypspoiler
...he and Dice are actually brothers! #hypspoiler
Both Ramuda and Dice are shocked and in disbelief! But, of course, none of that was true, much to Ramuda's disappointment. Dice doesn't understand what the point of that lie was. Gentaro claims that there was a point. #hypspoiler
Ramuda realizes the topic shifted from the subject of Dice's mom and asks him about her again. Dice starts thinking and Gentaro sighs, frustrated, he changed the subject on purpose, but Ramuda had to bring it back up again. #hypspoiler
Gentaro explains to Ramuda that everyone has a thing or two they'd rather not talk about––including himself and Ramuda. Though, Gentaro admits that he's not really one to talk since he did dig into Ramuda's background too. #hypspoiler
Gentaro explains that the only reason he did that in the first place was because he wanted to trust Ramuda, but decides to take this opportunity to apologize for prying. Ramuda says he doesn't have to apologize since Gentaro understands him. #hypspoiler
Gentaro continues, what Ramuda's doing to Dice right now is the same as what he did to him in the past, and urges him not to make the same mistake. Ramuda understands and apologizes to Dice. Dice accepts and admits he doesn't really want to talk about his mom. #hypspoiler
The three of them drop the subject for now. The conversation swings back to where it started as Gentaro asks Ramuda why he summoned them. Dice says it better be a good reason since he was planning to gamble all day. #hypspoiler
Ramuda brings up the Division Battle and how they lost. He asks if they aren't upset about having lost because he sure is. Dice claims that he thought he wouldn't really care as long as the match was thrilling, but he was pretty bummed when they lost. #hypspoiler
Gentaro says he would be lying if he said he was okay with how things ended. Ramuda asks them why they think they might have lost. Dice thinks Shinjuku was just really strong. Ramuda agrees that they're strong, but thinks their abilities are about on par with theirs. #hypspoiler
Gentaro speculates that it might be something more psychological––the group formed around the same time that they did, but they already had a strong sense of trust among them. Ramuda agrees and thinks the three of them don't have a strong enough bond. #hypspoiler
Dice claims he trusts the two of them, but Ramuda thinks what they're lacking is shared secrets. Gentaro chimes in, scolding Ramuda for bringing up what they literally just talked about again. #hypspoiler
Ramuda insists that this isn't about pure curiosity, but he thinks it's something they need as a team. Gentaro reluctantly admits he thinks Ramuda has a point. #hypspoiler
He adds that trust is built upon three factors: spending time together, working toward the same goal, and sharing secrets. Dice doesn't really get it, but figures if they're keeping things from each other they should share them. #hypspoiler
Ramuda says this is the time that they should share their secrets!

And there the preview ends! #hypspoiler
