US Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos requires major changes at Pennsylvania State University after finding they failed to protect students & address complaints of sexual abuse in the wake of Jerry Sandusky scandal.

The 29-page investigation released by the U.S. Department of Education’s Civil Rights office found the university failed to have systems in place that protected students, including when sexual misconduct involves athletic staff.

Penn State continued to violate Title IX, failure to protect students and address complaints, right up through the current academic year. That's despite having to pay more than $100 million to settle claims.
