Like many other StNs coming to the end of their course I am having to make some quick, difficult decisions about my role in the current crisis over the next months. Currently I am planning to join the workforce as a band 4 (Thread)
Whatever any of us choose it's important for us to remember that these are not easy decisions. We are unexpectedly having to decide on our future with limited information and support
Nobody should face judgement and criticism for the choices they make. We all have to do what's best for ourselves as we all face very different personal situations
For anyone who has made their choices already I extend a virtual pat on the back. It's not easy but you need to do what's right for you #studentnurse #weStNs
