This pandemic has challenged us to innovate at lightning speed which I’ve never before experienced even with previous aggressive clinical transformation/digitization projects.
Quick thinking, flexibility, patience and decision making in unclear moments, lots and lots of communication among high-functioning groups like my team, decision makers, clinicians and leaders across the board has been had in the last couple of months.
There will be a lot of lessons-learned - both great learnings and opportunities - that will be realized once things settle down. I am excited to learn what these are.
Clinical data is and will always be an enabler to do great things. And while we may have not done things perfectly (than our usual level of OCD and sometimes self-defeating perfectionism) what we got going in such a short amt of time will serve a great purpose later on....
