Dr. Fauci is a practicing Catholic who was educated by the Jesuits—Pope Francis’s religious order.

Here’s a short reflection he wrote some years back on how his faith informs his work as a doctor.

His worldview really does shine through here. I particularly like the second part where he says he sweats the big stuff and the small stuff.

He says he’s an anxious person, but it’s not “anxiety without a purpose.”
