@realDonaldTrump keeps pushing to reopen in defiance of experts, who advise that new #COVID19 cases must decline substantially BEFORE reopening. Otherwise, cases and deaths will soar again.

‼️>47,000 Americans have died from #COVID19 in *only 1 month*, and the real death toll is higher, because MANY #coronavirus deaths were not recorded due to lack of testing.

Although daily deaths in #NY are declining, NY's #COVID19 daily death toll remains the HIGHEST (outside #China).

Sadly, our daily death toll will remain high (even after new #coronavirus cases flattened ~2 weeks ago), similar to #Spain (Madrid/Catalonia) and #Italy (Lombardy).

Cumulative #COVID19 death toll in #NY is flattening, but remains higher than #Italy. NJ deaths are also flattening.

Sadly, death tolls will continue to rise, even though new #coronavirus cases per day flattened ~2 weeks ago.

And our *actual* death toll is even HIGHER.🤬
