► Schools and daycare centers will remain open: The country leaders and Merkel have agreed that the schools and daycare centers will remain open.

► Stricter contact restrictions: The federal and state governments want to significantly restrict private contacts again. From Monday, only people from two households should be allowed to meet outdoors. The number is limited to a maximum of ten people.

The motto is: REDUCE CONTACTS - to an absolute minimum!

▶ ︎ Celebrations: “Groups of people celebrating in public places, in apartments and in private facilities are unacceptable in view of the serious camps in our country.

The federal government and the federal states are working together on the increased controls, ”says the resolution paper.

► Travel: In addition, the population is asked to refrain from “unnecessary” private travel. It literally means: “This also applies (...) to national day-trip excursions.

► Sports: fitness studios, swimming pools and fun pools will be closed. Amateur sports operations will be discontinued, so clubs are no longer allowed to train. Individual sports, such as jogging alone, are still allowed.

► Professional sport: In view of the dramatically increasing number of corona infections, the federal and state governments want to only allow professional sport in November without spectators.

► Services: Service companies in the field of body care such as cosmetic studios, massage practices, tattoo studios and similar businesses will be closed because physical proximity is essential in this area.

Medically necessary treatments, for example physiotherapy, occupational therapy and logotherapy as well as podiatry / foot care, are still possible. Hairdressing salons remain open under the existing hygiene requirements.

► Gastronomy: Restaurants, bars, clubs, discos and pubs will be closed. The delivery and collection of food for consumption at home is also permitted. Canteens are also allowed to open.

► Leisure: Leisure facilities will close from November 2nd until the end of the month.

● Theaters, operas, concert halls, and similar establishments

● Trade fairs, cinemas, theme parks and providers of leisure activities (indoor and outside), amusement arcades, casinos, betting shops and similar facilities

● Prostitution centers, brothels and similar establishments

● Leisure and amateur sports with the exception of individual sports

alone, as a couple or with your own household in and in all public places

● Gyms and similar facilities.

▶ ︎ Church services: Nothing is explicitly noted in the resolution paper. Merkel made it clear after the meeting: The churches will remain open.

► Retail: In retail, 10 square meters of space should be calculated for each customer. Previously, there was talk of 25 square meters.

► New corona aid: The federal government is planning emergency aid worth billions for companies affected by the temporary closings to contain the corona virus. Sales losses are to be reimbursed, the financial aid is to have a volume of up to ten billion euros.

► Federal police for rule control: Interior Minister Horst Seehofer (71, CSU) withdraws thousands of federal police officers to punish rule violations. It should even be checked by veil manhunt.
