I started posting facts & truths about @realDonaldTrump the day he came down the escalator.

Went to DC for the Women's March.

Sat in airports for the @ACLU making sure people's rights weren't violated during the Muslim Ban.

That is how 2017 started.
Now we are at the end.

This girl was the first person I saw when I got off the escalator in DC. So fierce. So determined.

I found @ParadiseResists part of @IndivisibleTeam & started working on opposing attacks on the vulnerable.

Our founder was a pistol.
She did not make it.
Died of cancer end of last year.
She won't see him voted out.
But she saw us make change.

Minister Stretch is next to her.

We had so many marches, protests, and rallies.
There was the Trump Tax March.

And one for Science.

We marched to protect immigrants and #DACA

We had die ins for the #ACA

HR676 would have saved one woman's daughter.

We Marched for Truth and Healthcare.
#ACA

We organized.
We protested.

We sat outside our feckless @GOP Senator's Office every Tuesday for two years.

We have a new Democratic one now.

One of Sha-Na-Na even came!

We had another Women's March.

We protested him when it was 110*

And the babies he stole.

Sometimes #MAGA showed up.
No really that was all of them.

We held vigils for children still in cages alone.
And their parents, who had nowhere to go.

We stood up to hate where it found us.

The Proud Boys, III% ers & friends started coming to our rallies in 2018.

I learned de-escalation at @Greenpeace and stood between them and ours.

They spitting B*tch in my face.
Guns on their hips.
We did not stand down.

We worked to protect the #ACA

The attacks on women, immigrants, and #LGBTQIA persons.

We #GOTV
Registered. Called. Knocked on Doors.
Our state is Blue Now.

And we rallied for Impeachment, against the hate, the cruelty & division & then #COVID stopped us in our tracks.

Most of the grassroots were women 60+. We still organized online, helped out when #BLM came around, but too dangerous for rallies & protests.

Now we are here.
Did we do enough?

Tomorrow I will be a poll monitor.
Tomorrow we will know.
We worked to hard to lose.
