✳️ Without Validation ( change of ownership to the E-book) you can not longer pay 3rd party for the car you are driving.

@owori_jr @URAuganda @IraUganda lo & behold.......that you cant get #Validation complete, because the seller cannot log into his or her TIN @URAuganda account online, you part with 900k, for notices in newspapers, court ETC. Unfortunate state of affairs in this #DIY digital age!
