@owori_jr @URAuganda @IraUganda 📍 TIP: It is the transfer, which is change of names in the e-log book, that officially costs sh84k (sh eighty four thousand only). But, if, like many, you have to go thru URA agents, it will cost you at least 300k! #LogBookValidation #ThirdParty

@owori_jr @URAuganda @IraUganda lo & behold.......that you cant get #Validation complete, because the seller cannot log into his or her TIN @URAuganda account online, you part with 900k, for notices in newspapers, court ETC. Unfortunate state of affairs in this #DIY digital age!
