1. FACT: Donald Trump is the leader of a violent terrorist organization committed to the destruction of the US Constitution and Government. @GOP under McConnel and McCarthy is simply an affiliate of a terrorist organization. Shun all GOP. They are all complicit.
2. The few decent GOP in Congress like @MittRomney @lisamurkowski @RepLizCheney @SenatorCollins must leave the party to become independents or admit they're complicit terrorist affiliates. Nobody gets a pass. The net is about to drop and many GOP in Congress are about to be
3. indicted.

Because branding is everything, they might consider forming the #RealGOP and take back control of their own brand.

Trump will soon be indicted for sedition, inciting insurrection, advocating overthrow, fraud, obstruction, election crimes and the Mann Act.
4. He will be convicted and end his days in a cell. The GOP will die unless a small group jettison from the GOP as it hurdles towards inevitable impact with the sun to be consumed in the flames of violent extremism. #ThisIsNotADrill

1. Oath Keepers conspiracy indictment filed in DC on 1/27 alleges proof going back to November 3, 2020, that establishes a conspiracy to simply interfere with the vote in Congress. The crime gets up to 20 years in prison.
2. This is the allegation. IMO every member of @HouseGOP and @SenateGOP who voted to support after the attack can be charged. But how many who knew of the plan and didn't report it? Image
3. At a minimum they have committed misprision of felony and perhaps a misprision of treason.

Think GOP members used a computer or a cell phone that once had proof of agreement on it? Who thinks there's a cloud back up file somewhere

1. I missed @maddow today and just watched the interview with @jrpsaki. She made a pronouncement in the @StateDept presser 2014 that changed my life. She announced the #YPG #YPJ were not considered listed within #PKK #FTO designation and the next day, I went to war against #ISIS.
2. I knew they would win. But they needed our help then and they need it now. Too many times we have betrayed the #Kurds and it's more than Kurds in the new #Syria in #NES we will betray. #Sunni #Arabs, #Christians & #Ezidi can create #peace with the #Alawi with strong US support
3. the extortion practiced by #Assad will become meaningless. People are tired of ##war and #Turkey-backed #Islamists have got to go. Assad and the Russians can't do it because Assad represents an existential threat to Sunni #Druze, Kurds, Ezidi and #Christian #Syrians.

1. List domestic terrorist groups and then establish who are members and ban them from all firearms possession. Charge anyone selling or giving them guns or ammo and a lifetime ban from NFA licensing. List QAnon, Proud Boys, Boogaloos and all violent group. Disarm them. @NRA
2. We have this statute on the book: 18 U.S. Code § 2386 - "Registration of certain organizations." Give every group 30 days to be in full compliance or then start charging the leaders. Amend the statute to get the member list not just contributors.
3. Make a law to post the members so employers can weed them out of their organizations. They have no right to a job. Any law enforcement or military members should be terminated. #ThisIsNotADrill. You can all thank @mtgreenee and @laurenboebert when your gun lives are destroyed.

1. We must address whether the members of the @SenateGOP @HouseGOP who have not denounced the "stop the steal" big lie are currently inciting insurrection. Their failure to denounce Trump continues to feed the flames of the Trump insurrection so they must be charged.
2. If they are afraid for their lives because they have joined a criminal conspiracy that they fear will turn on them if they try to leave, they are no more sympathetic than any organized crime member. But they can resign and simply leave the public eye. Find a place to hide.
3. But if they continue to publicly enable Trump's call to attack the US, they are criminally complicit, and the insurrection will not end. They can and must be charged with incitement of insurrection that carries up to 10 years. Even if they get no prison time conviction bars

1. Want to end #DomesticTerrorism? Amend 18 USC 2333 and allow civil remedies not just for international terrorism, but list the domestic groups or make the elements part of the proof and allow the plaintiff bar to pursue domestic terrorists & affiliates with litigation.
2. I came up with the civil settlement of Ruby Ridge. I know how to deal with these folks. @RepJeffries @RepJerryNadler @SenatorDurbin.
3. Any why has nobody sued Donald Trump and his complicit crew including family for the damage including intentional infliction of emotions distress for 100 million people? Add Charles Koch and all his attorneys and their other affiliated clients if they touched the insurrection.

1. Could be bad news, not only for Donald Trump but IMO also for public officials like the @HawleyMO @tedcruz who, IMO may now be sued for incitement at least for things said off of the floor.

Court let two counts stand against Trump.
2. "Count III of Plaintiffs’ complaint tracks the language of
§ 525.040(1), alleging that “[i]n directing his supporters to eject peaceful protestors using harmful physical force, Trump intended to create a public disturbance involving an assemblage of five or more persons
3. which by tumultuous and violent conduct created grave danger of damage or injury.”
The Court therefore finds that Plaintiffs have
adequately alleged incitement of five or more persons. . .
