2. PROMPTED The judges: “The City Council recently passed Resolution 20171214-060 outlining their goals & objectives for D Municipal Court. Please describe how you see your role as a Municipal Judge in implementing these goals?"
The responses caused judges not to be renewed...

3. #Ethical concerns raised over d essays by many judges. They highlighted "a potentially significant ethical concern w/the council’s directive VIOLATING the separation of powers & that d essays asked the judges to violate Texas’ Judicial Code of Conduct!"
