And this is 2nd such case of a Russian Engineer dying-- another one had happened in Vishakhapatnam, March 2021-- Dolphin hills-- the place frm where 13 Spies were arrested last year.

I am posting another angle-- the engineers who died are replaceable-- and ergo nothing much can be achieved by eliminating them.
In that case is someone wanting to sabotage Indo-Russian relations?
