If you hate Insulate Britain, you’d have hated the Suffragettes. Without civil disobedience, black students wouldn’t have been able to attend university in Alabama, India wouldn’t be independent & South Africa would still have Apartheid.

The problem with Richard Madeley and Mike Graham and all those types is that if they'd been on the air in 1913 they'd have been grilling Emily Wilding Davison's supporters on how mean it was to disrupt ordinary horse racing spectators and what about the horse.

Someone called Angela whose bio says 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 thinks the world would be a better place if apartheid was still there, India was still British, there was no action on climate, and if women like, er, Angela were not allowed to vote. What a thing. 🤦🏻♂️
