I’d heard of the #SovereignIndividual before but had no idea of it’s full horror.

I was so shocked I could not sleep.

This afternoon I’ve had to give 😷s to 10 people sitting in the heaving ED/MIU waiting rooms.

2 of those 10 MASKLESS ppl were patients with suspected #COVID19.

All said they didn’t have a 😷…(they had to have one to get through reception!)

They were, as you can imagine, less than pleased when I informed them that they MUST #WearAMask when in a hospital, because…

#COVID spreads best in crowded, poorly ventilated areas & the damage done to vital public health messaging you alone have done Prime Minister by not wearing a😷, is incalculable!

If there’s ANYONE at @educationgovuk @CommonsEd with a heart or a conscience, please understand that forcing millions of unvaccinated children into mitigation-free schools day in day out is a level of #WilfulNegligence I didn’t imagine possible in modern 🇬🇧.

Whether the motivation is a flawed #DeliberateMassInfection policy to reach “Herd Immunity” or part of a wider plan to crush & crash the #NHS (hastening #NHSPrivatisation ) by letting #COVID “rip” …..it is wholly unacceptable, unethical & immoral to “experiment” on our young.

This is absolutely tragic but wholly predictable!

Public health messaging has been/remains woeful.

Group singing must be one of the highest risk activities & performing an entire concert w/ an audience of 300 was a recipe for disaster.

Whilst this may be the fault of @UKHSA (formerly PHE), the PM & many MPs have repeatedly endorsed the incorrect view that we can safely mix indoors without wearing a mask.

You could be forgiven for thinking this is safe👇🏼because you’d assume the PM would follow the rules?

1- Prime Minister, I’m enjoying a few days in mainland Europe.

The difference to 🇬🇧is remarkable!

EVERYONE other than small children wears a 😷, in ALL INDOOR PUBLIC AREAS, other than when sitting to eat/drink.

2-At underground stations, if you have no 😷on, you are promptly reminded to put one on.

At the entrance to shops/bars/restaurants/museums etc you are reminded to #WearAMask & must show proof of vaccination.

The windows on trains are all open & signs say - “Do not close”.
3- Signs are plentiful saying Wear a 😷/Cover mouth & nose/Let’s stay safe together/For you, for us, for all.

V few ppl are wearing fabric face-coverings or FRSMs😷.

~75% of the public are wearing N95 😷s.

NO ONE appears remotely bothered about wearing a 😷 ANYWHERE!

Refusing to #WearAMask in a hospital during a pandemic should be reason enough to end a career, none of us would be excused such blatant contempt for others!
