The #US also updated it's travel warning for #Ukraine, telling Americans they should depart the country now
After 9 hours of Normandy Format talks the sides couldn't agree on a common statement. No new date for a new Normandy Format meeting. Next meeting will be a virtual meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group (Ukraine, Russia, OSCE).
Normandy format is a dead end. The renewed push by France and Germany to continue these talks will not change the common disagreements. The Trilateral Contact Group can at least decide on smaller steps like prisoner exchanges.
Looks like the Maslovka train station in Voronezh. There is still equipment arriving there and being transported away it seems (assuming the video is new)

Joint Russian - Belarusian exercises "Allied Resolve - 2022" began at training grounds in #Belarus - Russian Ministry of Defense
Meeting between Foreign Secretary Liz Truss and Lavrov started in #Moscow this morning. Before the meeting Truss said "We are concerned about the Russian military build-up on the border with #Ukraine" and added that the increase in troops at the border can not be ignored.

#US troop reinforcements arrived in #Poland this morning - Polish army
There was shelling north of #Donetsk this early morning. Photo was taken from Kievsky district, reportedly showing a burning structure. #DPR accused Ukrainian Army shelling the city with 120mm mortars
