The west calls these "freedom #Russia is sending back the ball: President Putin approved 16,000 trained volunteers fighters from the Middle East to travel and join his forces in #Ukraine, in response to 20,000 mercenaries ($2000 salary/day) fighting on the opposite side.
Correction: "Freedom fighters".

You send mercenaries, We send friends & allies who have fought (the US & the Jihadists) in #Syria and #Iraq and are ready to fight with us. These have urban warfare experience and are equipped with enough ideology to fight #US plans in #Ukraine.
