EU leaders tell China 'not to interfere' with #Russia sanctions and expect Beijing to help end Russia’s war in Ukraine or ‘not to interfere with western (not international and not sanctioned by the UN) sanctions imposed on #Moscow. euractiv.com/section/eu-chi…
The #EU countries suddenly, after two years, remembered to hold talks with #China and "expect" #China to remain on the side.
The #EU leaders, submitted to the #US, received no significant response or assurances from #Beijing.
Since when has the EU spoken positively about #China?
#EU leader Ursula von der Leyen warned that Beijing would suffer “major reputational damage to the European public and its business environment if it sided with Moscow over Ukraine or refrained from taking a clearer stance."
European Council President Charles Michel said, “China cannot ignore Russia’s violation of international law.”
Glad to hear the EU is waking up to the "international laws". Did the Eu respect the 2015 nuclear deal signed with #Iran & applied it according to international laws? +
International laws should be applied to all countries w/o indiscrimination.
Is it possible for the #EU to stop the #US from violating international laws? Where was the EU when the US imposed sanctions on the ICC?
The #US would veto any proposal to the @UN to revise #Russia’s status for fear of a boomerang effect (and the list of US violations of UN resolutions or illegal invasions and coup d'etat is long).
International laws are not applicable to the West.
War in #Ukraine:
If you wonder why @Joebiden announced the suspension of Nord-Stream 2 👇👇 #US liquefied natural gas exports rise 16%, to a new record. Europe is the top importer taking 65% of US exports. About 12% went to Asia, and 3% to Latin America. reuters.com/business/energ…

So, instead of a #Russia "chemical attack", the western community is pushing forward the "war crime" rhetoric.
Why I am not surprised?
So predictable because it comes from the same playbook.
The Western leaders who judge a social media video as a "war crime" coz many are saying so are not only idiotic but dangerous manipulators.
Those who promote this kind of rhetoric without a proper independent investigation, represent the ultimate ignorance, to say the least.
President Trump, France and the UK launched 59 Tomahawks against #Syria due to a fake video manipulated by actors and shared on social media.
When UN inspectors investigated the claimed "attack", it turned out to be fake.
The 1st #US objective to impoverish the population of #Russia failed: The ruble firmed up from 150 to around 76 per 1$ after gaining nearly 20% in the past two sessions. In #Ukraine, #Russia said it wld scale down military ops in #Kyiv. Ukraine proposed adopting a neutral status.
The evolution of the Rouble is so fast, regaining its position back from 150 when the #US (followed by the west vassals) imposed harsh sanctions on the people of #Russia.
Today is the last day of ultimatum to all 40 unfriendly states to pay their gas bill in Ruble or face the cut
Wait until the Ruble becomes an official currency worldwide and see how the #US, unintentionally, helped #Russia to drop the dollar in business exchange and offer this option to the rest of the World, willing to challenge the US hegemony.
US forces are providing weapons, training, intelligence info and their generals are directing the attack and defence in #Ukraine. #US officials will be very upset in case of cessation of war.
US liaising with Ukrainian forces in Poland: Pentagon reuters.com/world/us-liais…
If #Russia believes the #US will lift the sanctions by the end of the war in #Ukraine, it is mistaken. The Americans won't do it because the objective is to cripple the Russian economy, not to punish Russia for the war in Ukraine.
The west imposed illegal and unilateral sanctions on many populations who reject the #US unilateral hegemony worldwide.
The aim is to submit populations to the US dominance or turn people against their leaders. That is the US best's hobby.
Russia’s deputy MOD minister: #Moscow has decided to fundamentally cut back military activity in the direction of #Kyiv & #Chernigiv”.Ukraine ready to sign a deal f neutrality & refrain from agreement against Russia's interest
This si the beginning of the deal and not the end of the war. Other points are still in discussion but it shows that #Ukraine understood there is no other way but to negotiate.
#Russia doesn't mind Ukraine to be part of the European Union but not NATO.
Over 70% of #Mariupol is under #Russia's control and @ZelenskyyUa is still waiting for NATO to intervene, not able to negotiate and end this war because the #US and the west want him to fight to the last Ukrainian.
I would say the unipolar is concentrated now in the heart of the western countries and the multipolar is going through difficult labor and contractions before its final delivery.

#Russia said it is in control of 93% of the Luhansk region and 54% of the Donetsk region. The first objective is more than obvious: to control Donbas fully before moving to other objectives aiming to submit the US-led Ukrainian government.
