This is Day 313 of #Russia's war on #Ukraine

Thanks for joining me for another daily thread with all the important news surrounding the nations and Putin's illegal conflict.

Monday starts with many Ukrainians still under air raid warnings, but Russia looks to be hit too...

A flurry of activity towards the end of yesterday's thread as #Russia once again sent waves of drones into #Ukraine, again mainly heading for the capital.

The current threat seems to be dissipating. In some regions the all clear has been sounded, but not yet in #Kyiv. But the capital's air defence has shot down 10 attack drones so far tonight.

The most interesting story though is likely this inside #Russia. Hoping for confirmation and more details soon, but the Kremlin may try to hush it up.

Possibly 13 drones now shot down in the capital region.

The air raid warning continues in #Kyiv.

Head of the military admin for the capital says #Russia has launched several waves of kamikaze drones and "they aim at critical infrastructure."

After more than 4 hours, the air alert has ended in #Kyiv!

No serious damage revealed so far from the multi-wave drone attack launched by #Russia during the night.

Another drone appeared a while ago in the #Zaporizhzhia region so an alert is back in place there.

Around the regions of #Ukraine some big successes reported but not yet confirmed by the General Staff

#Zaporizhzhia: pinpoint strike on RU troops in #Melitopol and also nr Polohy and striking equipment in #Vasyliv

Power cuts in #Russia's #Bryansk region with the local governor claiming #Ukraine's drones have attacked.

It happened in Klimovsk village. Flames can be seen around the impact site.

Yesterday Moscow said its strikes on Ukraine would stop Ukrainian drone attacks!

The Governor of #Belgorod claims the border village of #Shebekino has been shelled once again.

Vyacheslav Gladkov says two private houses were damaged but there were no injuries.

Vitaliy Klychko (Klitschko) admits that power infrastructure was damaged during the mass drone attack on #Kyiv during the night.

Previously it was assumed all Iran's kamikaze UAVs were shot down. But now emergency blackouts are in place in the capital. No injuries reported.

Update from #Dnipropetrovsk region, which claims it shot down three drones and a rocket.

A fire broke out at a private business building when debris from one of the downed aerial weapons fell on it

Meanwhile #Russia fired 20+ shells in its usual barrage of #Nikopol + #Marhanets

British Intel today hints at the route to liberate #Kreminna in #Luhansk oblast.

Heavy battles continue in the area.

FIFTY objects were shot down from skies above #Ukraine during the night.

The haul by air defence is made up of 39 Shaheed drones, 10 Orlan-10s plus one Kh-59 missile.

Video has emerged of the total devastation brought by #HIMARS to a camp of newly mobilised Russians in #Donetsk region.

#Ukraine's army has confirmed the huge hit in #Makiivka which I've written about over the past 2 days. They say 400 died in the building and 300 injured.

A difficult day in #Kherson, both sides of the river.

Very heavy shelling reported in many areas.

This photo is from occupied #HolaPrystan while in #Beryslav at least 5 people are injured after an apartment block was hit.

A priest of the Moscow Patriarch in Ukraine has been slashed in the throat.

It happened at 9am in #Vinnytsia when an intruder started throwing things around. As Achpriest Anthony Kovtonyuk came to protest he was attacked

In detaining the assailant, police wounded him in the leg

Shelling has continued in #Donetsk region.

Here a rocket looks to have landed on the roof of a building in Yasinovataya. This town is just to the north of the Donetsk-Makiivka conurbation

#Russia finally acknowledges the huge hit on its "mobchiks" in #Makiivka (RU: #Makeevka) after huge criticism from its own supporters.

The State news agency will only admit 63 deaths and even then tries to salvage some respectability by pretending they shot down 2 #HIMARS.

#Ukraine's flag has been hoisted on another piece of land in #Kherson oblast.

The Armed Forces claim to have taken control of largely uninhabited Bolshoi Potemkinsky Island, in the middle of the river Dnipro. It does increase #Ukraine's fire control in the region.

It's now confirmed that #Kyiv will host this summit. It will be held in #Ukraine's capital a month tomorrow.

Good and brave decision which shows confidence in the Ukraine and its security services.

Another big strike on #Russia in #Luhansk province.

Unconfirmed reports that a pinpoint strike has taken out a lot of enemy troops and equipment in #Svatove.

Reports of many explosions in #Crimea this evening.
#Russia's occupiers in different places on the peninsula claim they've shot down objects.

By the way, #Russia did tacitly admit this #Ukraine attack on the military airfield in #Voronezh.

Obviously they say they a drone was shot down and they further claim it was only a reconnaissance UAV, but locals there would probably disagree.

A rocket strike destroys the famous ice arena in #Druzhkivka, 10km south of #Kramatorsk.

The "Altair" building is where #Ukraine's best ice-hockey club, "Donbas" train. It also housed the largest ice hockey + figure skating schools in🇺🇦
