Occupiers claim #Ukraine smashed a hospital in #Luhansk region with #HIMARS missiles.

#Ilovaisk is an important transport hub, so this strike, if confirmed, is much more likely than the supposed hit on a public hospital Russia reported earlier.
The town in Donetsk is also etched in all #Ukraine's memory as the site of a "humanitarian corridor" massacre in 2014.
