Questions that now should be asked:
1-Who does McConnell put on the Republicans-only committee to write a DACA bill (if he does one at all)?

Has to be members not vulnerable to a Bannonite backlash and primary from the xenophobe right.
2-Who in the White House lays out the limits

based on what Trump (with Miller and Sessions in his ear and Bannon looming from outside) would sign vs attack? Rs need to know that info.

3-If a bill even emerges, which Senator(s) play the old Sessions role and fillibusters a DACA bill?
4-Can Flake vote for it? Heller?

5-How far do Bannonworld and Heritage et.al. go to fight against a bill, and who is the counterweight? McCain? Does he have a GOP base?

6-On the House side, does the Bannonizes "freedom caucus" even allow a bill to get to the floor?

7-If Rep. Coffman is able to force his bill onto the floor, can Ryan find the votes to add to Pelosi's? Wld he try? thehill.com/blogs/floor-ac…

8-With the likelihood of no Democratic amendments allowed in either house, even if there ever are bills, what poison pills would be included

in a final product? Funding for Trump's Berlin Wall? Indenturing immigrants to coroporations? Human geotagging? Would Dems vote for it?

9-Could the same bill even pass the House and Senate given the politics facing the GOP w/ its Trumpified, vehemently anti-Hispanic imm base?

10-And lastly what makes anyone think Trump won't attack Republicans if they do manage to pass a bill, veto it & soak up the Bannonite love?

Remember: Trump is a performer. He knows who his audience is, and who it isn't. He mainlines Fox News, Breitbart and Alex Jones.

He is love starved, sure. He craves mainstream media adulation, yes. But he gets the applause he lives for from the people who hate DACA.

His fanbase hates Obama. And he remains obsessed with undoing everything Obama did. His incentives are the opposite of what you think.
