My case lingered for yrs before Chief Judge Richard Roberts. It got new life after Roberts resigned after being accused of sexual assault 2/

Then @rcfp joined case and last year new judge presiding over our case agreed to start unsealing 100s of secret pen register applications 3/

Govt continues to fight our efforts to unseal larger volume of pen register applications. BUT in the govt's reply brief filed today 4/

Govt attorneys recognized & acknowledged our huge accomplishment thus far: READ 5/

This is a testament to the GREAT legal work by @_LightLaw & @katie_rcfp 6/
