My "Chaiwala poll' which had predicted a 'landslide' for @narendramodi was wrong but BJP got majority. But Yogendra Yadav the 'expert' had said Congress would win. Shows 'Chaiwala' is always much better even in adverse conditions!

4) Demonetization : Survey after survey shows it is poor who supported it despite hardships and the pampered classes and politicians opposed it. It did not hurt BJP.

Now the unknowns:
BJP improved vote share from 47.9 in 2012 to 49.1 in 2017 but lost 17 seats. Perhaps wins by big margins and losses by small margins?

Now the unknowns:
Congress gained vote share compared to 2012 from 39 to 41.4% and gained 17 seats. A party tainted with scams, and collusion with Pakistan gaining vote share? And we aren't even talking about 2014 when it had 33 % vote share. How?
