In Feb this year, I had written a blog that SQ42 is probably going to end up being just another game mode within the game's launcher, much like Arena Commander, Star Marine, Persistent Universe etc. I wonder dereksmart.com/forums/reply/5…
It is entirely possible that with this Crytek lawsuit claiming that SQ42 is a separate game, that CIG/RSI is probably going to use the "it's a game mode" defense. Which would be hilarious, given the public statements about SQ42 being split into a separate game
