- most painful skin I’ve ever ever experienced
- clothes I can’t fit into
- no nails
Things that I should have gained but did not:
- eradication of painful & disabling periods
- Migraines (damn waking up everyday with one is killing me)
- Being awoken by that painful IBS bloating pain every day (sore af)
- My stomach is so delicate I have to move so delicately & slowly like a fairy otherwise IT ATTACKS ME
Many things got worse, but also a few things improved, however definitely more bad than good
- My skin has been horrendous. to the point where it flared up my MI & I couldn’t move my face without pain. v painful
- Migraines increased
- I now take antispasmodic pills at least daily if not twice to help manage stomach cramps
- Small flare during first period
- Periods just as painful, however 50% shorter. Which is astounding
- Fibro doesn’t flare up as much as I thought it would during, still hard af, but not the worst it’s been
- Not having to worry if I took a pill at a certain time every day has been a BIG relief
Overall, it could be a lot worse, but it also could be a lot better. There’s still time though & I’ll do another update next month fo’ sure
but that could be bc I’m taking vitamin e, primrose oil and many other supplements
those awfully intrusive suicidal/dark thoughts I’ve had for YEARS the week before periods, um I think gone????
overall it’s like a weight has been lifted my depression is a lot easier to manage like???
BUT 3 FRICKIN DAYS?! 4 AT MOST.
ON THE PILL IT WAS AT LEAST 7 DAYS!!!! FOR REAL TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE I DONT TRUST ‘EM
