As such, Rupert Soames is the grandson of Winston Churchill.

Soames runs Serco, a seemingly secretive organisation that entered the public limelight in July 2013 after an exposé was written in The Guardian. It has control over prisons, the railways and London's Boris bikes.

Because of the exposé into Serco - which had been steadily growing as a way of outsourcing public services for the benefit of the British Government - the company started to fall in, no longer able to operate the way they were used to.
